This is very important from mlc point of view because there is #DeathPenalty for the accused in case of Minor(child) ,so we should do it carefully as some innocent can get hanged.

#1 .Victim comes to you with police docket ,its done on same mlc register like normal fight mlcs. #2.Start filling the name address etc , you should write 2 marks of identification carefully,, in last Thumb of both the child and his guardian must be there at page of mlc.

#3. You will take complete #history from victim,time,place,either he was on gound/standing,did he resisted,has he passed stool how many times,duration of incident and coming to u ,depth etc ,from this you will have a view about the event if its right or fake.You will write all on brief history,it will help you in coming examinations.

#4. #Examination points : Now you will just examine victim with one guardian/father( its not compulsory,upto u)

~ Examine oral cavity for signs of bruises ,bleeding,lips cheeks

~Examine neck,hands ,wrists,elbows,kness,feet for any sign of resistance,if knees elbows are clean and victim gives history of ground assault,it may create doubts in ur mind,so do it carefully.

~Examine the clothes for signs of dirt\semen stains\blood\dried spots ,if you find any with visible eye encircle it nomatter how many they are and write mlc number signature date on clothes and have them packed sealed signed for chemical examiner PFSA lahore.

~Now examine pubic area : Note any visible bruise ,contusion,swelling at thigh\anal\childs penile\scrotal regions.Write your findings in detail

~Examine anal tone \tear\swelling\bleeding\laxity of sphincter,its very important as it can decide about authencity of claim.

~ Take #Samples; 1 Clean cotton swabs from inside the anus

2 swab from perianal region 3 Any sample of hair you get at site 4 Swab from scrotum\thighs. #Seal these sample infront of ur eyes in Paper Bags and Stamp sign it ,

#5.After you have done it and samples are sealed ,you will write on MLC paper that these 4 + Cloth samples are sealed and handed over to the accompaining policeman whose name you write on mlc paper.You cannot handover them to attendents\dispenser\lawyer.

#6,You then wrirte a letter to Chemical Examiner PFSA thokar niaz baig lahore that you are sending him 4+1 sample for analysis DNA. You will have a copy of this letter pasted in MLC register ,thats ur record of samples.

#7.In end you will KUO the result but you will give your opinion below Examination that apparantly\physically there may be\likely\ unlikely event of sodomy but final opinion will be given only after Report from PFSA lahore.Your job is done .

You can if u get hint from History\examination feel that victim is habitual of act you can write about its chronicity.Be careful and be honest ,dont favour anyone because it capital punishment. Deliever samples in ur presence otherwise Staff can change the samples.
