Rule for transfer/posting of consultants

Rule for transfer/posting of consultants (Specialized cadre BS-18 and above) at Primary & Secondary health care department.
You can read details. In short it says you cannot be transferred to specialized Healthcare department and if you do, it will be after 10 years and still only for 3 years.
It also says Lahore is out of bounds for consultants.

Show cause notices & dealing with Administration of BHU/RHC/THQ/DHQ Many of new doctors are worried about getting a show cause notice.What is a show cause notice? It is a simple letter to you from the administration of a hospital asking you to explain your particular action.And 99% of the time it goes to cold storage after ur response.Mostly they issue such notice to threat the young doctor as you get panic after a showcause notice. Remember that If you have not received a Show cause notice then it means you are working correctly and verbal threats or orders of your superior are just baseless threats.Never respond to a verbal order if you think that it is not fair.
