Leaves for adhoc MO/WMO This question is asked time and again from us so i decided to answer it in standalone post. People ask us whether it is possible for adhoc doctor to get long leaves.Technically an adhoc can enjoys leaves except earned leaves.But that is an illusion.Its like saying "Har pakistani ke equal rights hein". They wont even give leaves to a regular doctors.The CEO will look at you like you have asked for his kidney instead of leave.Unless the CEO is your fathe r or father in law (That can happen if you work hard  :D  ) there is no way he will give you leave of more than 2 days. Although maternity leave cannot be denied to a female whether she is regular or adhoc. In short you cannot have leave as adhoc bcaz the MS/CEO will not let you have those.Even if u r regular they still will resist awarding leaves.

How to get EOL (Extra Ordinary Leave) for Postgraduate training

How to get EOL (Extra Ordinary Leave) after selection as PGT if you are working as Regular MO/WMO. ▪ No need for NOC from current place of posting, just convey the message directly or through staff of your health facility to higher officials(SMO, MS, DDHO, DHO, CEO etc) that you have been selected as PGT. ▪ Join at your place of selection of PG Course. ▪ Get all your required documents for EOL (List is attached) ▪ Write an application to Secretary Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department requesting him for grant of EOL with effect from your date of joining(mention it) and get it duly forwarded from your CEO Health. ▪ Your can attach receipt of RTMC from CPSP with application untill you receive your RTMC. ▪ If you consider CEO Health office of your district efficient enough that they themselves will post your application with all documents to Secretariat then its your choice otherwise collect your application with forwarding letter from CEO Health office and attach other docume...

Extra ordinary leave EOL (for non training purposes)

To get Extra ordinary leave EOL (for non training purposes) You have to write an application in the name of secretary primary and secondary health care department for extraordinary leave. State reason for the leave, for example if your parents have health issues, family issues, or any reason you are facing. Get leave title from account office. It is kind of NOC. They will give a form for unpaid leave and will give you no objection certificate for unpaid leave for the mentioned duration.You will  attach that along with the application and go to you CEO. He will approve it and forward it to Secretary health. He will give you typed orders in which he will mention that he is sending enclosed draft for EOL and ask the secretariat to grant the EOL. They will send this to secretariat, to Concerned hospital and one copy to concerning doctor. You can either take secretary concerning draft directly to secretariat and allow it yourself which is quicker. Or you will let CEO office to send ...
