Many of you asked whether to mention that you are doing a job (adhoc or private).Well in my opinion ,which is a wise opinion 
you should mention that you are currently working in a hospital.The reason why they prefer people who are doing jobs especially in gov and semi gov institutes is because in ppsc they really do not want to see how intelligent you are in medicine.They are actually hunting down people who are serious in continuing job especially in harsh environment of gov setup like at BHUs, or secondary healthcare hospitals.
That is why they look for doctors who are already working in their setup.You have to convince them that you are really serious in doing gov job.That is what that interview is about.Anyone telling you otherwise is misleading you .We have been through this selection ordeal.
Now when you gonna tell them that you are doing a job or you did a job in past then you have to produce experience certificate.Without experience certificate your words has no worth.In their opinion you are lying if you do not have certificate .

If you are currently working as well then you have to give experience certificate from date of joining to the closing date of application along with NOC (Read previous post for NOC).
You can take additional experience certificate from the closing date of application to the date of your interview and present it to the panel at your interview.
If you did jobs in gaps then take all experience certificates.Remember the more experienced you are and older,greater is the chances.

And if you are PGR then you neither need NOC nor experience certificate.Its for medical officers only.PGRs are not medical officers.They falls in student cadre.
