Important basic information

Where to get basic information.
I have been seeing lots and lots of young doctors asking basic questions about where to get information or whom to ask. Seriously its cute to just see younglings wandering like kittens for food 😁. Lemme help u a bit.
1.For transfers, Postings information about orders, Deputation, promotions its best to go to secretariat and talk with SO(section officer) officer. Usually SO himself avoid direct questions so ask their clerks or PAs. You can go directly to Additional secretary or deputy secretary and talk to them but that will bring a full stop to any chance of using money which is usually necessary to get perfectly legal work done.
2. For pays, allowances, starting pay, transfer of pays, issues regarding recovery, bills the person u should approach is ur accountant of hospital (DHQ/THQ ) or CEO account office(RHC/BHU) . It is not wise to approach district account office directly as for kittens like you they are wolves 😜. So better to deal with foxes rather than wolves. U will b lost there. I advise you to make a deal with local accountant clerk for whole package (he will deal with account office on your behalf). This will cost you a little more but less fuss.
3.For EOLs, medical leaves, any other leaves you should talk with MS or CEO directly. Usually they will be more easy to tackle . In case they are stalling you, you can talk with their PAs (in this case they will ask for bribe on MS or CEO behalf).
4.For information regarding Seats, EOL documents, any information for local issues(biometric, local admin issues) you can ask the head clerk in Hospital administration or at ceo office. They usually need some persuasion (little bribe).
5.For CIP mark distribution, PRP related issues the information authority is the grievance committee and some degree CPSP in case for fcps or mcps and KE for MD/MS.
6.For phfmc or other private organizations i strongly advise you to talk directly with directors of districts instead of low scale staff or clerks. DM or DDM etc. Avoid social organizers as the will b pain in the foot if you give them too much lift.
