Police mostly brings accused people because of they arent paying off\party busted\sometimes just to punish some innocent ,so you have to give your opinion on MLC paper nomatter what police says,you can get them out of ur room or tell them to sit quietly in the corner and let u do ur job,u have authority. But if u find they are drunk , dont let go ,write ur preliminary report.

1.  See docket ,if its not there ask them to produce them

2.  Make sure the culprits named in papers and those infront of u are same persons, sometimes you examine other person,in that case ask police to attach their CNICs.

3.Write in history time period of intake and when they are brought to u, if its few days ,nothing will come out of it ,means police ne karwae daali hy .

4.  Ask police to go wherever and bring you sample bottles,if they dont get it ,postpone it unless they provide u,if they comes at midnite

5.If u have got the bottles then proceed with filling the mlc paper\name identification etc

6.  You will smell clothes ,write if u smell alcohol\drugs ,write GCS(very important) .is he oriented in time and space and answers are given to you,write it all so that ur coming yes\no alcohol may have firm base 7.#Examination : this is simple ,ask police to unlock the chains totally.

~ Breath test , ask him to exhale deeply ,sniff it and write what u smell.dont bother police in this ,its ur domain

~ Walk the line test ,ask him to walk straight line a few times ,see if he falls or goes quickly ,write it too. ~nose finger test ,ask him to touch his finger and then his nose quickly\ur finger and his nose,see he sees clearly or not,write result.

( In any of these u shud not get pressure from police \dispensors\saviours of culprits,u do wrong one time ,ur repute is on stake ,so do it honestly)

8  #Samples Do it infront of u otherwise they will send someones sample\urine\vomitus ~ a blood sample

Seal and sign and handover to policeman whose thumb u have got on mlc paper.

#Result : Its ur right to give your opinion " possibilty of alcohol intake from physical findings at time of examination are likely\ unlikly\highly likely\highly unlikely but final result will be given after report from PFSA.

Then u will write a letter whose carbon copy is pated in ur mlc register . Also write number of sample labelling A B C cotaing respective samples on MLC paper and that PFSA letter.

Your job is done ,mostly police bargains and you have never to declare final results:)
