Problems faced at DHQ/THQ

In THQs ,DHQs we all face difficulties
.
1.You cant change #system ,system will definitely change you.Equipment nhe ,Staff non cooperative, slip fee and admission chart fee complains etc. Even if u complain AC,DC its useless because system protects them.You will be transferred after sometime or u will be fixed in some inquiry .
So, complain MS EDO DHO if they try to overcome u at any time . Aunko chup krany ke liye ap deficncies ko highlight kr skty .Afterall fault is theirs.

2.#Duty timings , if u are punctual nobody can say u anything , be on ur chair in ur duty nomatter u eat peanuts the whole day. Ur lower staff tells MS etc aj dctr late aya ,phly chala gya. Staff tells u jaen dctr sahb hum daikh laingy , especially in bhus. Dont go even if anyone says u to.

3.If your MS EDO says u anything ye wo ,says yes sir and ,krain wohi jo apka dil hy . No need to resist or being hero will get u nowhere.

4.Do your #paperwork complete , always write Diagnosis and symptoms on ur Slip. its very important. Kal ko inquiry hoti u willl be safe otheriwse negligence daal dety

5.Dont take any #money from anyone even for safe keeping . like koi apko khta staff ye pesy kch dair ke liye rakh lein ,dont,it can pe a plot.

6.If someone #calls u and forces or threats u to do wrong mlc etc then one either u dont pick fone ,ye mushkil ho jata.or during call tell him Ap apna intro krain aur btaen mei kia report dun ?? bkz im #recording ur voice, u will see aik sec mei wo bnda bdl jaata :D its useful

7.Sodomy ,rape ,postmortem samples khud seal krwaen and make sure sahy sealed houn. bkz u r only responsible for this later on.Sample mei galat medium daal dety pesy le kr sample zaya ho jata so careful.

8.Sometimes in MLC, people force u ,even seniors MS etc to write a wound deep or non existing wound , dont, because it may be send to board at once ke wound to hy nhe doctor ne fake kia.

9.Dont #sign on any blank slip. dont write x ray without seeing patient, dont give medicine to patient who didnt come to hospital. Bohat bura phansty hain when u do favor to people like this.

10. Dont #attest anything , refer them to SMO, chahy kch bhi ho especially Nadra , passport,driving things .

11. If u refer anyone ,follow complete protocol,ur paperwork must be complete

12.Dont trust anyone , Gov job mei sb #Sheetan sift bn jaty ,apki backbiting aur reporting krty. If thrs a weakness u show ,ap gae .

13.#Media, mostly blackmailer do come to u to force u , patti chala daingy ...1st try to ignore, agr na mood ho to tell him Geo se kam pe patti na chaly.Nobody can say u anything if u r punctual, honest,no bribes in mlcs, affectionate to patients .U dont need to fear anyone. ziada masla ho to chowki se police bulwa ke bahir niklwa skty ap.but advice is ignore them . Ignorance is best policy unless it crosses limits

14. Never do postmortem unless #police wala register pe sign aur thumb na lgae. Ye bhaag jaty aur reports sample apky pass pary rehty

15.#Permanant officers shud have all their letters ,slips documents saved. Badh mei 40 saal badh sb reproduce kr ke deny hoty :p

16. Dont lose #temper on patients or attendants, kuch takleef se aesa kety aur kuch habitual. Bkz u will face Heros jinko Chahy ghar mei dusri dafa koi #rotti na deta ho wo ap pe a kr hukm chalae ga. Try to absorb ur anger, faida nhe koi aiska. No doubt ap ausko bahir phainkwa skty /police me de skty but question is KITNO KO? sari qoum he aesi hy

Im again writing hospital #Slip ko complete krain, must be a diagnosis and symptoms .
